Picture Of The Month
During a recent trip to France we were taken back by this painting found hidden away in a local museum. The artist unknown and perhaps somewhat naive in styling, it never the less depicts the interception of a flying bomb off the English coast by an RAF Spitfire. Proof indeed that there are many undiscovered wartime related gems still to be found in rural France.

We are always receptive to new stories, particularly those that all to often start off as hearsay and finish up as terrific and long forgotten facts waiting to be rediscovered; so if our readers know of any stories that we should be covering then please get in touch.
